SHIPPING

All shipping is by Australia Post within AU

All orders come with tracking, and a tracking number.

All shipping to NZ, UK and USA is plus shipping. (7-30days)

While I do my best to process and pack & send with in 24-48hrs, I am not responsible for how slow Australia Post is, or damage caused by Australia Post.

I am also not responsible for lost parcels by Australia Post.

Did you know that adAqua will recycle boxes & packaging to post orders because we believe they deserve a second or third life!

REFUNDS

We have a 14-day return policy, if you are unhappy with your purchase, this means you have 14-days to contact us at adaquapod@gmail.com and return to PO BOX 1590 Runaway Bay Q 4216.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We cannot except open Beads for a refund as they are a perishable item.

To start a return, you can contact us at adaquapod@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, Return will be at your expense, as we do not charge shipping on most items. Instructions on where to send your package will be sent to you. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Refund will be issued within 48hrs of receiving and inspection of returned items.

RETURNS, DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 7 days to return item if it is faulty. Refund will be issued within 7 days of receiving back.

EXEMPTIONS/NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The Calcium Chloride Beads once opened cannot be refunded as they are a perishable item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES Due to nature of goods, we do not do exchanges. Please choose your items carefully

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
